Wendl's Sports Complex

We love our sports and are pleased to provide you with a place where you can play and compete with all your friends and co-workers. We specialize in team play and accommodate them throughout the ball playing season. The are tournaments in various classes with dates listed below.

There are three well kept softball fields which are fully lighted for you to enjoy  on warm summer nights. Why not come out and join a league or hit a few balls in our popular batting practice cages. They make it easy as well as fun!

Where can you find facilities like those provided by Wendl's.  Nowhere... well at least within the east central Illinois area. If you have another place within a few hours drive, go ahead. We'll see 'ya when you get back. We have men's and women's softball leagues. We also gladly support youth softball. The three new beautifully lit, well kept ball diamonds make play enjoyable.

Volleyball
Sand courts are where the action takes place. If volleyball is the thing that you choose, you have to come out and give 'em a try. This sport is enjoyed by all age groups and allows for extra fun in mixed competition. There is nowhere else in driving distance to have this much fun and grab a sandwich too. Wendl's just has it all. We serve after you!

Batting Cages

 

They say practice makes perfect... and we have the thing for you. In the batter's cage you can try out that new grip or experiment with that stance a friend recommended. Let our pitching machine fire those balls right at you, giving you a great workout at the same time. Try it... you'll have a lot of fun.

Golf Driving Range

If you need to get out and loosen up that golf swing, Wendl's has just the place to bring those clubs. Grab a bucket of balls and concentrate on your power and form. Driving range is open from daylight to 10pm seven days a week. Only $3 a bucket. Come and help yourself with our automatic ball dispenser.
